Mates Tour — Support
We're a small app run by one person — happy to help.
Mates Tour is a golf-scoring app for keeping score, running leaderboards, and sharing the
banter on your golf trips. If you have a question, hit a bug, or want to request a feature,
get in touch.

helps us sort it out faster.
Common questions

My scores aren't showing on another phone. Mates Tour works offline and
syncs when you're back on signal. Make sure everyone has joined the same event and has a
connection, then pull to refresh.

How do I invite people? Open your event, tap Invite, and share the link —
or pick from people you've played with before.

How do I report or block someone? On any post in the trip feed, use Report
or Block. You can manage blocked members in Settings → Blocked members.

How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete my account. This permanently
removes your profile, scores, posts, and reactions.
Delete your data
You control your data in Mates Tour. You can delete some of your data
in-app without deleting your account, or request deletion of anything else by email.
In the app (immediate):
- Posts and photos: delete any post you authored from the trip feed.
- Scores and stats: your scores can be edited or cleared on the score screen.
- Profile photo, name and handle: change or remove them in your profile settings.

Whole account: Settings → Delete my account permanently removes
your profile, email, scores, posts, reactions, and push token.
By email (for anything else, without deleting your account):

- Tell us what you'd like removed (e.g. specific photos, scores from an event, your avatar).
- We action requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What's deleted and what's kept: deletion removes the requested content from
our production systems; encrypted backups age out within 30 days. If you delete your account,
your profile, email, scores, posts, reactions, and push token are permanently removed. Events
you played in continue to exist for their other members — just without your entries.
